Shipping policy

Shipping Within New Zealand 

All pricing and transactions are in New Zealand Dollars NZD

Flat rate shipping is $5 within New Zealand 

Free shipping for orders over $100

Delivery time 2-4 business days

All orders are shipped through NZPOST. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. 

International Shipping

If you live outside New Zealand and wish to purchase an item please email us at belinda@daughtersandco.co.nz for a shipping quote.

Packaging 

We use recycled packaging were possible. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper.

Damaged or Lost Items 

Please contact us at belinda@daughtersandco.co.nz within 7 days of arriving if your item is damaged. Please take photos and keep all original packaging. If you haven't received your parcel within 7 days from sent date contact us at belinda@daughtersandco.co.nz.

 

Returns 

If you change your mind about a item you have purchased online we are happy to exchange. Please email belinda@daughtersandco.co.nz 

• Items need to be returned within 21 days of purchase 
• Items must be in original condition  
• Please note that return postage is not reimbursed
• All sale/Clearance items are final and cannot be returned
